The radiolarian chert rocks are one of the most important indications existence ophiolites because they a source silica supply. These have been studied to refute and reject idea that do not existed. Si/(Si+Al+Fe+Ca) ratio in indicates is biogenic origin adds SiO2 from shale fraction through diagenetic processes. high values Fe2O3 content indicate hydrothermal effect during precipitation. This controlled by distance between sediments mid-oceanic ridge or sea floor metamorphism. phosphorus could be direct result volcanic activity associated with ophiolitic rocks, whereas, negative correlation coefficient phosphorous calcium (r = -0.53) supports related carbonate fluorapatite mineral.
